What is involved?

Step 1

Video Experience will schedule a meeting to talk over exactly what is required and what you would like to achieve with your video. After we have clear guidelines, we will present you with a quote and once we have agreed on the budget and we have signed contracts  we can move to step number 2.

Step 2

We will put a script together for you or if you prefer you can present us with your own you would like us to follow.  It is important to be precise and clear about what mood and message you would like to create.  Always think about who you want to target with this and who your audience will be. Once this is done we can move to step 3 which is where the real fun begins.

Step 3

This is the exciting part.  Depending on your needs, we will schedule a film shoot.  Our experienced team love working with you and capturing the real essence of your story.  Our aim is to find the gold which we all have hidden in us.

Typically this will involve a ½ day – full day shoot on location.  We will be there to direct you and all we need is for you to relax, be open to new ideas and most of all to enjoy the experience.

We can now move onto the next step.

Step 4

Here our team dives into the engine room.  We spend hours cutting, editing, correcting all the footage we shot and piecing it all together to create your personal masterpiece.  We love this part, especially when the magic starts appearing.  We make sure you end up with a unique video that you are proud of and so we send you a first edit, to see if you would like to make changes. 

Very soon after this the final product is ready to move onto the last step

Step 5

The hand over – this is where we celebrate a successful production.  We hand over the video on an agreed platform and have a debrief…..
